For Mac users, you may need to allow permissions from unknown developers in your System Preferences. This can be found in Security & Privacy > General.

If your Windows build is struggling to run, a low graphics settings option is available to download, which will hopefully help you out. The Mac version, by default, is built with lower graphics settings.
