Castle Explorer is a power wheelchair training simulator that makes learning to drive fun!

Discover rooms, dodge obstacles and complete challenges as you explore the castle, but don't fall in the pond! Will you make it to the final room? There might even be treasure!

This game has been designed in collaboration with an occupational therapist so that you can develop the skills needed to safely drive a powered wheelchair from the comfort of your usual seating or wheelchair without leaving home. In the game you will encounter a series of increasingly complicated driving challenges to support your ability to move, turn, stop, plan and explore at progressively faster speeds.

The game is very accessible to children, but can also be enjoyed by adults.

Please note that to use this game you will need an assistive technology joystick that can be set up to work with your computer, such as an Optimax Joystick which is available in both wired and wireless models.
