Cineribus
About
Cineribus is a video game that I developed in 2020 in Unreal Engine.
I am a photographer based in the North of France. I travelled to Detroit in 2015 and took large-format photographs using a 4x5 view camera. This type of analog camera provides very high resolution images. In Cineribus, I allow you to zoom in these images and have a different, free look at them and all their little details.
Meanwhile, you can hear in the background a montage of field recordings made during several trips in the US these last years.
No real gameplay other than moving around and observing. It is a platform for showing photographs.
