Claustrophobia (itch) (stratecide)

It's not much, but I learned bevy with it, so I'm happy about the result.

The idea is that the medication against claustrophobia also has a calming side effect that doesn't allow you to move as well (speed and jump height). Somehow that also affects the enemies that now don't hurt you anymore.
