Clock Blocks

The Blobbers want to improve their village, and to fix and solve all of their problems. Luckily, their neighbours - the Clock Blocks, were happy to rise to the occasion and help them with whatever they'll need. 

The Blobbers want their fixes to be permanent, however Clock Blocks grow when waking up, shrink down when falling asleep, and are bound to tight sleep schedules... So it's little challenging for their two groups to coordinate...

Your job is to guide the Clock Blocks and place them around the village to solve the Blobbers' issues.
You'll be able to test your solutions by changing the time of day.
