As a woman in STEM, I've known the struggle of lacking confidence. I've faced my fears of not measuring up in comparison to my peers, and I've learned many lessons from failure. I wanted to make a game that could teach minority programmers the best way to approach the hiring process and boost their confidence in their programming abilities.
