Cold Case: COVID

History is shaped by INDIVIDUALS who took a stand to change the world. The Bureau for Bettering Quantum Streams (BBQS) of 2671 has identified, through genetic back-mapping (™), a series of these lynchpin individuals who were present during the 2020 COVID pandemic who could have had a massive impact in preventing its spread. Your mission is to travel back to 2020 and ACTIVATE these local heroes to mitigate the catastrophic societal impact of COVID. Utilize your Time limit effectively to generate resources and invest in these LOCAL HEROES!

Objective

Invest in local heroes. Each run you are attempting to get these heroes over their tipping point to be ACTIVATED as a local hero. To Activate a hero you must complete 15 Outreach Events from their Outreach Category within a run. Once activated, you get a bonus in future runs. Unlock enough bonuses to Activate five heroes in one run to win the game!
