Color Code (Over-Dramatics)

Color Code is a casual game which is designed around the knowledge of mixing colors. The game mechanics take inspiration from arcade crane games and use simplicity as the main approach. Each level is considered a security level that can be passed using the correct color codes. 

The game uses one-button control: Left Mouse Button or Left Control.

Game mechanics include:

• the mixing of primary and secondary colors
• explodable cubes
• bonus cubes that give more chances to try
• randomly generated colors in each level
• dynamic change of needed colors

The game is made for GameDevNetwork’s Book Jam from May 16, 2019 to May 27, 2019. All of the game assets were created during the jam by Ha Nguyen ([email protected]) using a combination of software including Unity Engine, Inkscape, GarageBand, and Audacity.
