Combo Mania

Every second you lose 5 health but every time you kill an enemy you gain 15. 

This game was made as a part of Mini Jam 86. Your objective is to get to the end and beat the boss that has 4 different attacks. Can you beat the game? I'm warning you it's not an easy game.
