What to say about CCH... already this is not a complete story, the author tells us from the beginning, this game brings together 4 "issue" out of 12, which can leave to think that the game will be in three parts.
We continue by pushing open doors, full English game, without sounds or videos, than text.
I must confess that since my last choice of game to know versus, I had some apprehensions to see a new author we lead the game with a whole bunch of invented words and well I'm glad that did not happen:)
The reading is not too arduous and there is only a few moments when I had to fetch translations, especially to reinforce what I had envisaged as Trad, it is a real bowl of fresh air after versus sincerely:)
The game itself, you play as the only normal student of a super hero course in becoming, for my part I took a detective type approach a bit like Rorschach in watchmen:) It's useless to fart higher than his butt when the worst of the class is able to crush you with a little finger. From there I had a lot of disappointments, one could imagine that despite being a simple human we still manage to keep up to the height of others and yet throughout the game you have this feeling weighing of helplessness against all that you ENTO Ure. Votrre perdonning whatever his stats will always give an imprrssion of weakness which is a pity because for the blow we feel zero ascended in power throughout history.
The story is not bad, the problem is that there are not really "branches" in history other than choosing his or her girlfriend as well as the background of departure. So to start the story again a second time is not especially pleasing. Which for me is a huge negative point for this kind of game where replayability must prevail.
I would recommend this game only if the next two are out otherwise you may be frustrated as I am now.

This is the first "game" I buy from this editor and I was very pleasantly surprised. We Are, before a typical book of "Choose Your Own Adventure" without graphics, sounds or anything that distracts us from history.
The game is in perfect English, although it uses a simple and straightforward vocabulary, which will allow you to follow the thread without having a particularly deep English knowledge.
We consider entering a "school for superheroes" but curiously, our character, has no powers (shocking, but as a starting point is not bad at all).
Throughout the game we will make decisions that will help us to focus the story and improve (or not...) Our relationships with the other partners.
The first thing that surprises me is that the game has a lot of statistics and data in your "character sheet" that apparently are useless, but despite them, the story is interesting and some characters are made to want.
Another problem is the achievements... It has lots of achievements that will force you to squeeze the game in all its decisions, and I personally have not liked this ever. Once I play my game, I like to think that it is definitive and that everything I've done has brought me there. Going back in time and making decisions that I'm not interested in just getting an achievement "get Me out of the game." This May be my only problem... But there it is.
Finally, the game has another problem, and I have NOT managed to work through Steam Link, the screen is blank and I have found NO way to make it work (which annoy).
Trial by Fire covers the first "four numbers" of the comic (come on, the first part of the game), the rest is coming, and I worry about having to wait another 2 years (the game is 2015 and the second part has not yet come out) to continue the adventure.
In any case, it is entertaining and despite all the problems that I have been finding... I finally had a good time with this little superhero story. I Hope I can play the rest of the adventure soon.
