Contract (itch)

CONTRACT is a local multiplayer battleship game where your task is to sink the opposing player.  Use a wide array of weapons in your battle and outmaneuver the opposition with tactical use of the bouncing edges in the arena. Manage your ammo count and prepare to defend your vessel in an attempt to be the last captain sailing in CONTRACT.

Story

The government has put out a contract for independent icebreakers to clear out a specific part of the ocean where tactical munitions are being made. The heavy winter has caught the nation by surprise and only the sturdiest and most seasoned captains take to the sea for a chance to get the lucrative contract. Many icebreakers have sunk before reaching the location and on a faithful day in September two grizzly captains lock binoculars, and the fight for survival is on.

Developed in one week as part of the course Arcada Game Jam (2018-19)
