There are three ways to win them: every day you have 2 diamonds and 900 coins from 7th day, increasing your level thanks to the XP you win 7 diamonds, in the Casino playing with 500 coins you can win each day (or maximum every 3 days) 15 d iamonds. Of course you have to have parts for that. But it never was problematic for me. Your level rises pretty fast at the beginning, and even after (you just have to replay the finished levels in the restaurants that give more XP (the 40th level of the restaurant La Maison du crab for example gives 800 XP, just replay some times and your level increases).
