Crazy Animals Prototype

I was interested in driving a quadruped with a system of muscles and joints using a neural net. It was fun! It is fun! Watch this crazy animal struggle to walk. It doesn't actually work though. The net runs but doesn't learn as far as I can tell. I might come back to this later
