Crimson Core

In Crimson Core, you play as either Quinn or Karlo, two genetically modified individuals who possess an ability called the Crimson Aspect.  This ability grants them the ability to wield energy called C-waves, an incredible power source that makes them formidable warriors.  However, the laboratory that granted them these powers is deeply corrupt.  As the player, you will wage war against the mighty CORE science facility and combat its army of drones and technologically enhanced warriors.

Crimson Core is an homage to the Mega Man X and Mega Man Zero series of games, and fans of those games will find its gameplay to be very similar.  The player can dash, wall-jump, and charge their attacks.  Quinn uses a long range blast attack, and Karlo is a close combat melee fighter.  The player can also unlock new abilities by defeating enemy bosses.

Please note that this game is still in development, but feel free to download the prototype and try out the player's abilities, as well as fight some of the enemies.
