Crunch Crunch BOOM

Crunch Crunch BOOM is my entry for Ludum Dare 25. The original game was made in Java without any libraries. I've decided to port it to libGDX and make it available here. If you enjoy this silly little game, please feel free to check out others that I have made!

Note: As per Ludum Dare competition rules, I've included the source code for the game. The source code is for the original compo version that was uploaded.

You are the nefarious Professor Doctor Capra Aegagrus Hircus.

You've just completed your best invention yet: the Durable Ignitable Gem Grabbing Explosive Rig (or Digger for short).

Your evil plan is to send the Digger down into the center of the Earth where it will deliver its explosive payload, destroying all life on the planet! (While you sit comfortably in your evil space station of course)

Use the left and right arrow keys to steer your Digger.

Avoid rocks - they damage your Digger.

Collect gems to upgrade your Digger.

Watch your fuel and hull integrity as you make your way to the center of the Earth.

If you crash or run out of fuel, then upgrade the Digger and try again!
