RELEASE TO DISTRIBUTION

- added low health indicator (health bar turns red when health < 50)

- added arrow indicator to go to next stage

- added 0 sec cooldown to abilities when picking up haste in Infinite Mode

- fixed all remaining bugs

Controls/Player Abilities:

- ARROW KEYS to move

- SPACEBAR to throw shuriken

- A key to heal 20 health points (only works when player hp is under 100)

- S key to apply a shield which will negate the first attack that connects with the player

- D key plus arrow key to teleport 100 pixels away from current location

- P to pause game/return to main menu

Powerups:

(only applies after player picks up corresponding powerup)

- Q key to throw three shuriken (three shuriken symbol)

- W key to throw giant shuriken which pierces enemies (gray piercing object symbol)

- E key for trap ability (also permanently increases player speed by a little when you get a kill with this ability)
