Controls:
[Enter] or [Enter Kp] = Start
[A] or [←] = Move left
[D] or [→] = Move right
[W] or [↑] = Shift up (Speed)
[S] or [↓] = Shift down (Speed)
[F4] = Sound OFF
[F4] + [Shift] = Sound ON
[Q] = Quit to title (HTML5)
