Dark Parables: Curse of Briar Rose Collector's Edition reviews

The Curse of Briar Rose is a good start to a wonderful series of games. It is, however, clearly the first game in the series and the animation and the plot are of a lesser quality. If you play these games seperately and do not care for the story, you may want to skip this one. If you do play these games for the story then you definitely want to play this one. All the others stories link back to this one and the exiled prince.

Well, taken with the Paccone from 15 Dark Parables (discount at 64%). The game is nice, calmly and in a relaxing way ends in 4 hours, there is also another bonus section and then the hard mode (without aid) with in addition an object that is given at the end of the game. I Mean, there's still something to see... In replaying the game. Format 4:3, so you'll see the black side edges on a 16:9 (or a 21:9), but the Garfica is very nice. The story is Loffia, but the designs and atmosphere are cute. The puzzles are generally passable, even if a couple are really sad (they are like the mnemonic ones, in which a sequence is made to be repeated: they are terrible if the sequence is realized with symbols invented and without name, because you can not remember what you Treats if not taking notes quickly on paper). Usually anyway it's very easy stuff. The game is essentially a Hidden object game, but you must be able to find pieces of objects shown graphically at the bottom, in the midst of the general wasteland of a room, and not on the basis of the object name. I Mean, there's a piece of sword and you have to find it in disorder. In the menu of the game there are also extras like wallpaper, some sketch of concept art, three short stories to read on screen (unfortunately are not extra external to the game) and twenty levels of a certain puzzle to be solved apart, for those who have fun to solve them du The game (this is the game where you have to direct checkers on boxes, pushing them in a maze of blocks and taking into account that they stop only if they encounter an obstacle. Imagine Pengo). The novel in practice are three different versions of the fairy tale of Sleeping Beauty: The first version is the original, the second is of another author and the third is the version at the base of the game. The Three versions are essentially distinguished by the conclusion of the events and the third version practically tells in the final what happens in the game (so this version read it after finishing). Would recommend? Yes, but just absolutely in discount or in the parcel that includes all the Dark Parables Games: In my opinion around the 3-4 euros can stay (and in fact I took it in this way knowing what I was meeting, but are games that I like), but 10 (the basic price) for just 4 hours of play are really exaggerated.
