bought it from the steam, but bought a new pc and bought another account from the homepage i m playing for like 1 1/2 years. best pvp game, very intense fights - there is no other mmo like darkfall. its also fun for pve gamers, since you can full loot everything. give it a try, you will love or hate it! also its a cool game for teamplayer, since you have to heal / support eachother in real time combat. sadly the developer are a bit lazy ;) (tip: try to join a guild instantly, its very hard especially at the beginng.)

The best FPS based MMO, what there is! I have been playing Darkfall for over 5 Years now and have to say: There is no better MMO on the Market. For some Time now, Darkfall has also been available on Steam, making it accessible to anyone who is into Full Loot, open World, playful Freedom and FPS PvP. But not only that, PvE, crafting, Politics and the whole meta game make Darkfall unmistakable! But beware: Once Darkfall and any other MMO you won't like it anymore-At least so went to me =) I bought an extra Account through Steam To support Aventurine, you are a small Developer studio, but With visionary Ideas and a cool Implementation !

Mal ne Meaningful Review: The Game has the natural Principle of an Open-World Game. Similar to WoW and others, the Focus is on farms to gain Items and Progress and increase Stats. The Graphics are acceptable, the Monsters a strange Movement and are therefore from the free Control of the Target To catch from time to time, as you can't lure them. Contrary To the opinion of the others, the Graphics Settings for me with a Mid-range PC on high at 60 fps are continuous, as with BF4 on Ultra. Only with a slightly longer Shop, which is powerable by the EXTREEEEM big World, does the Ping jump up and down, but that's beside the point. In Addition, there is the PVP System. There are Zones where there is no Player protection active, in which one trusts the Best only with Clan, because you can be killed there. Already a little from the second City you can find one in which partly high-level Players camp and intercept Newbies, which is a Disadvantage. When you reach a high Level, you can conquer and claim these Areas with a Group, and there are Items about the Members can spawn, like a Siege Wall. Killed Players can be booted. You Die everything you carry with you is lost (so always use the Bank;)). If you are looking for a Game where they don't have to invest too much time to get up, a transparent and helpful Community (which gave me eg Objects at the Beginning) and is looking for Fun in a really very spacious world is eliminated here. Personally, I will not play this Game after the Weekend, as it is not worth a Subscription for this Game, as much Fun as it was for me.
