Davyria: Heroes of Eternity reviews and comments

I discovered this game thanks to the curator games like dark souls. Davyria is indeed a kind of dark souls in isometric view but here the difficulty is really brutal. We have only 3 equivalences of what is the vial of estus and we can not get any more. The attacks consume a lot of endurance and there is no shield that blocks all attacks. The enemies have too many points of life for my taste and confront them in groups is full bodied. This game clearly lacks finish and the difficulty is really discouraging. Like many players, I stopped along the way. It's a pity because there's potential. However, Davyria still has its charm and I recommend it to players who might be interested. But be warned.

First of all let me say: this game is amazing! It is indeed a very hard game to play. You will have to retry quite often already for the second boss fight. But it encourages you to try again. It lets you fail. Often. But not in a "f*ck you"-manner. More like in a "work on your timing and try again"- manner. This makes the game very challenging, but not too frustrating. The graphics is a beautiful art-style in comic looks. And boy the sound is great. It sets the atmosphere great! Overall bare in mind this game has been developed single handily by just one (YES ONE!!) person. After two hours of gameplay I have not understood much of the story yet, but I am sure there is more to come. Indications of storyline are to be found over the levels. I hope this game will later support Steam Link… its just the perfect setting for a Steam Link game.

Product received for free I played little more than the tutorial, and everything I've seen has DELIGHTED me, I've been really bad the first 10 minutes dying while learning the controls and I've spent even sops with the first boss, but the best , I've had a good day, notes when you die because you're doing wrong, and when you do well, the feeling is magnificent, but I Have had some bug that another nothing else to start, said the good, can not miss the bad, the bar of life and stamina did not appear in his Site, or did not appear, the mouse was not where I really pressed, Besides, I could not put the game to the resolution I wanted in full screen mode, was automatically set in 768 But The controls and movement is very fluid, in less than 10 minutes and you've apre Ndido everything in an organic way performance, I have not noticed any fall, the game is not spectacular graphically either, but it looks good, and works well, except for the small bugs I've had (Is the version 1.0 obviously going to have some bug) I'm pretty happy With the game, you can say that not what you bought, so if the price seems reasonable or not, is your decision Video: https://youtu.be/paysqqGwlnk
