D&D 5e Ranger Rework V3.6

The 5e Ranger has gone through many versions. The players handbook, revised ranger and changes in Tasha's Cualdron of everything. Many of these changes have been patchwork attempts to fix the class without tackling the core issue of the class.

This rework starts from the ground up, rebuilding the class fundamentally alongside most of the subclasses released up to Tasha's Cauldron of Everything

Alongside this rework there is a separate notes PDF highlighting why decisions were made and the philosophy behind the design.
