Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today reviews

Ouh man was a good Game again ... I was recommended to play on Steam as I was looking at several Point & Click adventures at the Time. The Trailer on the Shop Side really excited me and I decided to wait until the Summer Sale, well it was greatly reduced there unfortunately not:D The Beginning was very boring for me, one was not immediately informed what the Problem is in the Game and terms were only explained Later. After about an Hour Of play, the Game starts to get really exciting and that's constant until the End. The Setting is new and in a few Games as present as in this one and the Music always fits the Action. The Drawing Style is very unusual, but you get used to it and Compared to other Point & Click adventures I find it even better and also more atmospheric. One of the best Aspects of this Game is the Story. It's about the exciting Story of the "big Wave" and since our Protagonist has slept all away we have to unravel the mystery around these And when we're already at it we also deal with the Sick, who are called "broken" and why the "Cleaning Brigade" This searches and collects. Some Puzzles seem logical, but others make less Sense and are therefore harder to guess. (Facepalm guaranteed!) The characters impressed me the Least. As Protagonists we have Michael, he doesn't know what happened and wants to know who he is and what the "big Wave" is in the first place. First of all we get to know Rod Atkinson, he is always described as nice and helpful, but I couldn't see much of it. Also Worth mentioning are the Hunter, someone who shows his true Form only in the further Course and Rose, a Girl who has already immersed herself in her own World. Otherwise we find People everywhere with whom we can talk in order to get more Information, but they usually have few good Character traits. Verdict: Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today is a good Point & Click Adventure, with matching Music and a beautiful And unfamiliar drawing Style. A good Atmosphere is built up and the Story improves rapidly and remains consistently good. Characters are medium to well designed and even Supporting characters occasionally have their own Story, which they share with us. The "big Wave" story is well crafted, showing how, in such Crises, People only care about themselves and how the Military exploits its Leadership Position so as not to end up like the Civilians. While I was playing, a Friend watched me with Steam transfer, so it was even easier to solve the Puzzles and we both came to the Conclusion that the Game is for Adults and more likely to engage with adult Issues. On the Negative, I think the Map wasn't as far-reaching as it should have been. Unfortunately, the End was a Cliffhanger and it says: Waiting for the Sequel! Thanks for reading ^^
