Only the dead know.
Rumor speaks of headphones that transmit the voices of the dead. A curious youth, Singer, receives one of these 'Deadsets' and puts it on.
A noise reaches his ears. A noise that will never stop.

Deadbeat is an isometric Soulslike set in the Hereafter: A quirky, crumbling afterlife that some will do anything to escape.
Currently, this game is in an Early Alpha state, with everything subject to change! All art and music are placeholders, and the level design and combat balance aren't yet optimal. As of right now, there is only one area in the game: the Vestibule Wastes.
At the moment, I'm operating solo, with no budget, so the idea of Deadbeat becoming a complete game is still a far-off dream. My current plan is to form a development team and get to the point where I'm confident enough to run a Kickstarter, but currently that's all up in the air.
