Monotonous and boring. Did Years ago play Democracy 1 and had good Memories of the small But fine game. Hopefully bought Part 2, but the Game lacks further Development at all Corners. It's really bland and boring and the Road to Success is just way too easy to see. If you want a Policy Simulation, you should let your Fingers down

Unique Game Design, which unfortunately does not quite exploit its Potential. Voter Groups are worked out but not really relevant, because in the end you always deal with the same Screws. It is a good Simulation between the individual Policies but not in depth-there is simply no reacting Environment. Nevertheless, you can spend a few Hours with the Game, provided that one brings, on the one hand, a Soft Spot for Politics and, on the other hand, for numerical Systematics.

For a political simulation/strategy game, it's certainly quite nice. It seems totally complex and complicated at first, but after 3 Rounds of Playing You realize, it's not that difficult, because you can't do sooo much (at least not at the Beginning). But What you can do a lot is read ... Everything is explained and rewritten (in short but clear Sections). As a Player, you can influence what Is happening in the Country with various Actions. For One thing, you have political Power and you can Use it to raise Taxes or cut Military Spending. However, there are limited power points available per Round, so you should choose wisely. Then there are every Round of dilemma decisions where there is no Right or wrong and where you lose and win each Time (E.g. agree or reject DNA fingerprint law, or which Person do I send to the UN, which is Popular in the Country or the Hardliner). The Ministers of his Cabinet can also be changed (somehow, not yet done) the more capable they are, the more points of power you have. Power points can also be saved, so they stay in the Account, so that after 2 Rounds you can also push through difficult Decisions ... How difficult it was to SENKEN the military budget. It is also Important to note that various Groups of voters, Interest Parties, Terrorist groups, the expenditure Of the Country and a few more Things:) ... And very importantly, you want to be re-elected after 4 Years (one Round = 3 Months). Achja, of course, problems arise that you have to face somehow ... Fanatical Groups, Natural Disasters, Epidemics, world Politics, Etc. The Game can be over quickly, a wrong Decision that in Part doesn't have An impact until months later And You don't get re-elected and the Game is over. So, not so easy to play at all, but kind of nice ... Short Fazit: Interesting Concept, nice Implementation, not much Graphics, somehow no Animations, but a lot (mostly interesting) text I think I give the Game 6.5/10 Points.
