Deponia Doomsday reviews and comments

Rufus is back!!! No one had expected this, after the End of the Deponia trilogy was quite ... seemed final. All the greater was my Joy when I heard that I was allowed to have another Adventure with my favorite Chass-maker. And my great Expectations were more than met! :D In Deponia Doomsday, we try to avert Rufus's Fate at the End of the third Part and yet still reach our well-deserved happy Ending. But Time Travel has their Pitfalls and sometimes time does not heal all Wounds. After Playing Through not only does the Time Strand have many Loops and Knots, but also my Brain feels a bit knotted. As usual by its Predecessors, the puzzles are sophisticated and entertaining. Rufus, as always, has a Comment on everything in Store and sweetens us with Humor the bitter Pill of the End-time scenario. And so it goes with a lot of Wit and Madness across the Space-time continuum (even finally to Elysium!). The Game has the same Addictive Potential as the original Trilogy and those who enjoyed these Games should not miss this final Part. The entire Deponia series is one of my absolute Favourite Games and, in my Eyes, even dwarfs Classics like Monkey Island.

Now That Deponia 4 has cost me the Majority of the last 3 Days, I want to add my Mustard to the Reviewcluster Steams. I can agree with most of the positive Arguments mentioned here. Deponia 4 is reminiscent of The grandiose first 3 Parts of Gameplay, Humour and Implementation. Only the missing Hussa songs leave a gap in my Heart that is probably not to be closed: c (Possible) SPOILER AB DIESEM PUNKT: The End is, as I have felt it, perfectly comprehensible. Any Time travel Story Always boils down to the fact that in the End everything is as it was before, since everything else is purely logically impossible. While I can understand the Criticism of those who have hoped for a different Ending, I do not join it. NO SPOILER MORE AB HERE: If someone who hasn't played the last 3 Parts considers buying this Game, I would advise them to do so only to a limited extent. The Game seems like fan service in some Places like Fan Service and certain places as well as the Majority of the Plot are probably not understandable for Newcomers. You still have a great Adventure ahead of you, but play the first three Parts: It's worth it. TL; DR: Summarized an adventure at absolute Daedalyic top level, only certain, beloved, omitted details disturbing (Hussa songs, garbage press tutorial). The End may be panning sour, but the Risk is worth it. Unrestricted Purchase recommendation for: Daedalonic fanboys, Deponia friends purchase recommendation in Sale: Deponia-schon-played but Non-sooo-nuof types, adventure fans without Knowledge of the first 3 Parts Daedalic, please bring a fifth Part. Douglas Adams could, too.
