Desert Escape (Hazard Laser, cam_games)

This game was made possible by Cameron Foister and William Howard. We originally made this game in an overnight game jam between the two of us. We though it turned out really well so we decided to share it with the world. After so minor tweaking, we are ready to bring you Desert Escape! Make sure to post your high-scores in the comments!

Guide: 

Keep going higher and higher through the level until you hit the goal post.

As you reach farther into the levels the difficulty increases, as does your school.

Climb the variety of blocks to scale the pit.

Use jumps and well-timed high-jumps to traverse the changing landscape.

Avoid cactuses! They may be smiling, but they are deadly!

Tumbleweeds may be a blessing that takes you all the way to the top, or it might 

be a curse that suffocates you in surrounding blocks.

Controls:

Movement - Arrow Keys

Placing Bricks - X

jump - Space Bar or Z

High jump - Hold the down arrow key then a jump button

Pause - Escape Key

Restart - Escape and then restart button

Menu controls - Arrow Keys and Enter
