Dicey Defence

My submission for the GMTK 2022 game jam. You must defend yourself from endless waves of Slimes by placing towers, but the towers do nothing on their own. You must also place dice on the towers to deal damage based on dice rolls. Dice are limited whilst towers are plentiful, so things can get hectic...

Controls:

[ENTER] start the game

[SPACE] toggle between placing towers and dice

[LEFT CLICK] In tower placing mode, left click on an empty spot (grass) to place a tower. In dice placing mode, left click on a tower place a die it.

[RIGHT CLICK] In tower placing mode, right click on a tower to upgrade it so it can hold more dice at once. right click on a tower with at least one die on it to pick up a die.
