Dicing with the Dragon

A game made in 48 hours for the 2022 GMTK Game Jam.

How to Play

Reach and defeat the dragon and loot their hoard of gold before the timer runs out!

• Land on Attack Pads to record your dice attack on the area boss. Re-roll onto the pads for higher attack values (the Attack Pads will not record a value lower than the current one)
• Land on Boss Pads to attack the boss with the combined value of the area's Attack Pads. If the total number is higher than a Boss' health, they are defeated and the path ahead opens.
• Spike Hazards will damage your EXP towards your next dice level - but achieving a new dice level is a permanent upgrade.
• Throw the dice and tilt the board to navigate around hazards and move world objects.

Controls

• WASD to tilt the game board
• Mouse-click to throw the dice in a desired direction
