DiRT Rally: Dark Souls Edition. This is much less a Game in the true Sense of the word than much more a Simulation. So If you take into account that it's a Simulation, then all you can say is: Chapeau! The Game seems EXTREM realistic. So You actually feel like you're sitting in a Car. However, the fact that it moves so close to Reality is not always good, certainly not for Beginners. PRO: + The Graphics are very beautiful. Is there actually nothing to complain about for me, especially for a Simulation simply TOP! + Selection: From the 1960s to The present, there are a Variety of Cars to drive with. + Weather and Sound are very nice. Even driving at Night is a completely different Experience and Challenge. + Daily, weekly or monthly Events are an additional Motivation. + The Routes are beautiful, long and challenging. Sometimes too demanding (Keyword: Sweden!) + Three different Modes. Rallycross and Hillclimb make for a pleasant Change from the ' ' normal ' ' rally. + Realism: As I said, you feel like you're really sitting in a Car. However, Not everyone will like this Point. After an error-free Ride, a small Mistake just before the Finish can mean dropping to 2Nd place or even 3Rd place. In the Races in general, every little Mistake is punished, the Potential For Frustration is simply extremely high! (One or the other maybe too high!) CONTRA:-As a PRO argument, I listed Realism. Which I also list as a CONTRA point at the same time. You just don't really Have a chance to slowly work your way in as a Beginner. It's just frustrating when you only finish 4th despite almost faultless driving. -There is no Way to adjust The Level of difficulty. As I said, this would be particularly Beneficial for Beginners. The AI is strong from Start to Finish and makes, if at all, minimally small Mistakes. -No real Career mode available. You may be riding Championships, but the Feeling of a proper Career just doesn't come up. It makes no Difference whether you play the official Championships or put one together yourself. In addition, there are no Award Ceremonies (which I would like to see at least after a Championship!)-In The Rallycross, the AI drives completely flawlessly. You get the Feeling that the AI is riding on Rails. No matter how hard I have already tried, but I have not even started on a Podium. FAZIT: Without a doubt, DiRT Rally is currently the best Race simulation on the market. It's just finally another ' ' real ' ' rally game. However, it is actually only recommended with Steering Wheel. Is also feasible with Controller and/or Keyboard, but a whole Lot more difficult. If you are half-fruit-resistant and are into really tough Challenges, and like to reach its Limits, DiRT Rally is clearly to be recommended. To everyone else I recommend leaving your fingers off this Game, or your Nerves will fail more than once and your keyboard/controller/steering wheel will die! Rating: 8/10!
