Discovering cultures

Short game made for the Aalto Games Now Jam #6.  The Game Jam had the theme 'Relations' and was a collaborative jam between 4 countries, Finland, Japan, Korea and Sweden. 

To celebrate the international aspects of the Game Jam the game is about enriching your mind and your own environment when you learn about new cultures. The goal of the game is to take the player on a journey from their own fictional home country that seems dark and gloomy to four new cultures. In each level the player can pick up lightbulbs that represents a new insight about the culture. At the end of the game when the player returns to their home it seems brighter because of the experiences they have gathered. 

Game made as a solo project with the goal to learn some coding and test out ways to convey a story in a game.
