dispersion (itch)
About
Dispersion is an isometric puzzle game with a "projection" mechanic, that allows you to create projections, that will copy main character's movement and actions.
Puzzles are based on this mechanic, so you will need to pay attention to multiple synchronously moving instances of the protagonist, that may even walk on perpendicular surfaces.
At this point there is no in-game tutorial, so be sure to check "how to play" in main menu.
Controls:
- WASD for movement, mouse to aim
- E to interact with buttons
- Hold right mouse button to "freeze" your projection
- When you have a gun, hold left mouse button to use it
This prototype was developed by me during the first semester of Game Development course at MUNI, Brno. At this point the game is in a simple prototype phase, so visuals are made almost completely out of free assets,
there are no sound effects, and only a couple of animations. But it should represent a core gameplay, that will (hopefully) stay in the final version of a game.
*Also, game is full of bugs and don't work on any ratio except for 16:9, sorry
Made in Unity.
