The Earth government has banned the cultivation and consumption of biological plants, as they contain vitamins that have a narcotic effect on the people of the new generation. In District 17, a girl was growing a tomato plant at her home until a police drone discovered it. Now the girl is forced to flee from persecution outside the city and district 17.
