I was really looking forward to the Game but was disappointed. Significantly too strong HD Blur is reminiscent of Comic. The Flight Behaviour does not seem very realistic to me either, which also Displeases me. I use the TopGun Afterburner II as a Control System and at FSX everything works without a hitch. As soon as I pull the Truncheon down here is out and over. The Plane gets out of Control and the Rudder lowers down and stops there. I'm just turning in Circles. Krasser Bug, The first Game ever where I demanded my Money back. If that's the Future of the FSX, Prost Meal.
I can only advise against investing Money in this Game.

The Genes of the FSX are clearly visible in many Places. Dovetail's Flight School may not be as extensive as its Predecessor (FSX), but the Simulator has been technically, visually advanced. Those who had become accustomed to Controlling the Microsoft Flight Simulaor will find their way around the Flight School immediately. Dovetail's Flight School includes training to BECOME PPL (Unfortunately not as extensive As the FSX!), 9 light to moderate MISSIONS (For experienced FSX Pilots to master without any Problems) and a global Free-Flight mode. Personally, I really like Dovetail's Flight School so far. If you want it a bit more professional and extensive, I would go to Prepar3D (the "real" FSX Successor)

IN my Opinion, DTG Flight School is a Program based on the FSX, which is therefore quite nice to look at and use. But It is rather the Entry Variant into the World of PC Flight simulation. Many veteran FlightSimmer (I had been on the Atari ST SINCE then) had hoped to get a revised Program here that would keep the old AddOns usable if possible; Better frames per sesond delivers; Aircraft as consistently as possible in A2A or PMDG Quality includes and provides a Scenery that coincides with Reality. Now you don't get all that here. Therefore, I can recommend the FLIGHT Simulator of DTG At the Price of Beginners. All other Users who are already travelling in the FSX, P3D or X-Plane World can safely skip this Chapter of Flight simulation History.

What do you want the????
In the Beginning there were a Bunch Of Graphics errors that made it difficult to describe the Game even if it was rather poor. After the now several patches out of now, the Errors became less the Quality but also worse.
The Graphics are just terribly badly dissolved now, although I have everything on Ultra and it wasn't quite as bad at the Beginning. A Flight over Munich leaves you amazed at how many Skyscrapers are there and you wonder where you really are, for Comparison it looks much better in the FSX and you don't have the Feeling of being in the wrong City.
Unfortunately, the FSX is still better and nicer to look at, although it should actually be outdated.
This is what I look like at the moment: "
