Dracula 4 and 5 - Special reviews

Dracula four. A sizably traditional Point'n'click intro with its inventory and puzzles. However, Ellen cross may be sympatric, she will not let us forget the cutting with the scalpel of the arm of a puppet. Detest moment of the game that deserves its place in the Pantheon of the worst "puzzles". The short duration of the episode, the end of which comes as a hair on the soup, apologizes if we bought the bundle including episode 5, passing the 4 for its introduction. The idea of the health problems of heroin, to manage with drugs, is good but too little exploited in the episode. Hopefully it will be different in the 5.

Very beautiful graphically and very distracting. Dracula 4 is very short though and quite easy except one or two little successful puzzles. or not found without the soluce (sometimes with operational difficulties like opening the door in Istanbul) the problem is that sometimes you don't take what it to do and what we are looking for and this is not indicated. And conversely sometimes we are far too guided in the way forward and it's too easy. The 5 is more difficult and quite successful, but then again some puzzles are too obscure (the compass). The whole is much less complicated than some passages from the previous Dracula who were sometimes discouraging in the end a good game in the tradition and I hope a continuation, if possible longer and with more balanced difficulties

As much as I liked the first three episodes, these two leave me a bitter taste in the mouth. The graphics are rather correct but far from being exeptional, the lifespan is... much too short, the difficulty is normal (although on one or two occasions I did not understand very well the why of how) and I confess not to have been blocked... This is the first time that I do not turn in circles in an adventure game! All the elements of a good game of this type are present but I have overall not been transported, as if the story was going too fast... or was badly brought. shame. If I advise them is to finish the saga, especially take them at very low prices because there is a great chance that you stay on your hunger: 5 hours for both episodes and this little feeling of sloppy!

I didn't play Part 1-3 and I don't know the History. But you can find your way around even without these Parts. Finally a Point & Click Game that has German Subtitles and no Bugs! So I can play my first P & C! Positv: + Part 5 + Story + Atmosphere (Part 5) + Game Time (just right) I took 6-6.5 Hours for both Parts. + Diary + the "Health System" that you gradually lose them and pay attention to/the Fate of the Main Character + The Theme Dracula Neutral: Graphic level design Sound voice Actor Negative:-Too bad I think There is no Button You can press around the Seeing Things to use. Even if it may gnaw at the Atmosphere. -Part 4 compared to the 5-I would have liked more Things to find and combine.
