Early Access Review DRIFT84-a simulator of drift with the top view designed and published by the studio Reventador Games. The Game appeared on Steam Greenlight. The Community was interested in this project and soon it received the green light and the game received the release date – July 14, 2015. Personally, I have always been interested in any projects related to cars. Whether It is a serious simulator aimed at driving, or arcade racing like Mario Carts. By habit, I drew attention to this game, I was always attracted by the simplicity of indie projects. So, what is DRIFT84? The Game is a simple, but still fascinating simulator drifter, which has everything you need, almost, but about it later. We have an excellent visual and technical component. The Game menu is simple and convenient, without superfluous details. The Picture is simple, but very high quality. Everything looks great: the machines are drawn nicely, tastefully, the tracks look as it should, there is nothing superfluous. Also there are various trees and bushes on the sides of the route, they perfectly fit and complement the picture. The effects of smoke, tire marks in the drift, etc. Sound as high as possible for such a game. The Gameplay is interesting and addictive. The Essence of the game is that we need to participate in races on the tracks in different countries of the world, for not many gain popularity, upgrade their steel stallion and eventually become the best drift in the world. The game has a system of improving the car: You can improve the engine, put better tires, change the color and so on. Driving is convenient and easy. So Much so that the game can play normally even a child. On each track there is a set time, we have to drive faster to take the first place and get more money. The Complexity increases with each passed route. By the end of the game you will be perfectly proficient in your car. Of the shortcomings can only fault to the absence of a mini-card, it would simplify the game, although, perhaps, the developer considered that it is not the place. The Game would not interfere with the route editor and the integration of Steam Workshop, it would allow players to share the created tracks and thus prolong the gameplay. From Personal, it would be great if the menu could be pressed not only the mouse, but the keyboard, because during the game mouse is not needed, and every time to take it in the hand to push the restart a little tense, but it certainly does not critical.
