Dungeon Stars reviews

Product received for free if I took the key to Dungeon stars this is not at all because I read hack'n slash in the description... Finally almost... There was also RPG and endless runner, so I was curious to see how everything was going to cohabit. The principle of the game is quite simple, your hero moves on his own to the right of the screen and engages the fight with the monsters encountered (mainly goblins). To help him eliminate opponents faster, you can frantically press the left arrow on your keyboard, hold it to block enemy attacks or keep the one on the right to hit a powerful blow and smash opposing shields. As you win, your character gains experience and unlocks access to additional powers. Frenzy, ice ball, poison arrows, depending on the class chosen initially (Warrior, magician or thief) the skills are quite varied and give a big gain of power. To gain efficiency, many objects are to be picked up in dungeons (belts, rings, pendants...). You also have the option of linking your character to a pet to assist you in combat. Some heal, others can glaze enemies and the more you advance in the game, the more options you will have to create a precise build (for example, a big chance to ignite your opponent coupled with huge damage bonuses against fire targets ). Very interesting thing, the game is based on a principle of chifumi. The red characters are strong against the Greens that are strong against the blues that are themselves strong against the reds, you see the idea. Your goal will be to unlock a maximum of characters held captive in dungeons, to have permanently a team ready to adapt to all situations. Before entering a level, you will have a glimpse of the floors to cross as well as the color of the monsters encountered. It is up to you to send the appropriate characters so that you do not find yourself blocked. If at the outset each bearing is monochrome, the harder the difficulty will increase and the more the variety appears. For example, you'll only face red monsters with a blue mini-boss in the middle and a green mini-boss at the end, so you'll have to think about changing Heroes on the fly. To be honest I thought to try it one hour maximum then move on and finally Dungeon stars grabbed me enough to make me want to see more and revive it the following days. However, even if it was released three months ago, it still lacks serious Polish. Some descriptions are placeholders, we are greeted by an image welcoming us to early access, impossible to scroller correctly in the menus with the mouse wheel (you have to keep the button pressed and drag to the up or down), at times a belt was going to get into the location reserved for magical stones, some sounds are far too strong compared to others, etc. If you like to clicker and a game still a little crude does not bother you, I urge you to take a look at Dungeon stars, for my part it was a good surprise, the kind of game that I will often relantry to ride a little my characters and that would have been perfect on mobile. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LgHoPiSzpY
