Dynamite Jack reviews

Moreover, the levels are a varied minimum. If at the beginning it will be summarized to avoid or detonate guards, it changes as many elements such as pits without ends, spiders, zombies, snipers, lasers, etc... will be added. Besides, I would like to make a special mention to the zombies (even if they look more like wild beasts) that are truly ingenious, but I do not spoile anything in order to let you discover how they work if you play the game. But if I found them above level ingenuity, the rest of the game is not left out: some levels are quite complex to solve, others are really clever. In addition, the different types of guards allow to be in front of fairly new situations every time they are introduced. Unfortunately, the game still happens to be repetitive at times, I think mainly to the levels constituting the middle of the game that are similar enough while the first serve to make discover the game and that the last are inventive while a rather raised challenge, which makes them excellent. Fortunately, a rather complete level editor (you can even choose the music of the game that you want to put in) allowing, in my humble opinion, to reproduce what is already done. This one comes directly with the game and there are already some pretty nice things like this level based on Pacman. If the concept of the game is so great, there are still some small problems in terms of the gameplay and the application of this concept. First, it's a shame not to be able to control the view of the character with the mouse, so it can be laborious on the keyboard and cost you one or more deaths. The game seems to be natively compatible with a pad but not having it available, I could not see if it made better. Moreover, there are some logic problems if I may say so. The guards walk on the bombs as if nothing was, which allows you to detonate them safely... especially if a checkpoint is near! You are indeed totally invisible when you pass on a checkpoint. If it avoids the spawn-kill, it also helps to hide and avoid the guards, which greatly simplifies the game. To conclude, dynamite Jack is a really nice game with an ambience made sublime by a game of light and a pretty awesome concept that is pretty well exploited, despite some problems. The game does not have a lot of levels, but the difficulty of it gradually increasing, you will spend it still a little time. In addition, a level editor is available, which promises a good lifespan assured by community creations. If you like to blow it up, don't hesitate! A good game with an interesting gameplay, which I did not know in this form yet. Reminds a little of Commandos. Even the controller knows how to convince. Only the graphics and the sound leave much to be desired, here is definitely still a lot of air up, therefore "only" four stars.

There was once ... A play 1 game; that if the main game together with his music (I still have the game and his original BSO) was a 'last' for his time, when I remember that game, the first thing I think is in his 'VR Missions' (The amount of hours that I enjoy with them!). If you still do not know the game, I'm sorry, you've played little and you've lost a lot: 'METAL GEAR SOLID 1' (The best of all by far). This game has made me remember these missions again. I do not usually write reviews, but this game deserves it. Thanks for making me remember the best time of video games).

Nice light effects and just fun to play. Not a very original idea, but beautifully worked out! Perhaps the best thing is to build your own levels and let others play. Unfortunately the level editor is not HD (iPod 4) and the menu from which you must choose the stuff is a bit messy, but it can be worse. Also plotting routes that enemies have to walk is a bit cumbersome, it would be great if you could draw a line that they would follow. Finally, it would be nice if you could zoom out a little further in the editor. Gameplay Graphics (iPod 4) Opportunities Appearance price Set the control to "fixed" for options.

Very nice designed title with unfortunately too few levels. But since an editor has been integrated, thanks to the community you can play virtually endless levels. The gameplay is simple, (Use a flashlight, bombs and key cards to find a cave exit and avoid enemies) but still captivating. Only the control via virtual joystick is too inaccurate. I often hang on walls and then get caught by the enemies. This is very annoying in the long run. As an alternative, there is a line drawing function, which I personally do not like. That's it. The rest of the game is very consistent, though the graphics are very minimalist. The illumination of the caves with the help of the flashlight looks very chic again. If the developers deliver even more levels in the future, there will be the fifth star of mine.
