Move around with arrow keys or WASD and hold hands with each otter. You have 60 seconds. If a hand is already holding an otter, you cannot make another connection.
It has been solo developed as a part of 'GMTK Game Jam 2021' in about 4 hours with Unity. I cut the otter from paper, scanned and then colored it in Photoshop.
