Welcome to Eco Island!
For as long as living memory Eco Island has been paradise, but now a new threat must be defeated. Pop the toxic pollution bubbles to restore the environment and save the island!

This is a casual arcade style bubble-popping 2d shooter.

Gameplay based on early 2000's classic web game Bubble Struggle (Trouble), which is itself based on a 1990's coin op arcade game called SuperPang!

Instructions:
Mouse and click to navigate menus
Left and right arrow keys to run
Up shoots a projectile
As hunter, press and hold up for 1 sec to place a trap or pick one up if you are standing near it.
Down arrow switches between characters

Current Features:
60 Levels of varying difficulty

3 Unique characters with their own projectiles
Rose: Shoot a thorny, upwardly growing vine
Hunter: Place laser traps and shoot them from afar
Spike: Shoot a large boulder with a wide hitbox

4 "Zones" each of which features a bubble color that behaves in its own way
Zone 1: Jungle || Cores bounce in a classic, parabolic way
Zone 2: Forest || Cores jump about like grasshoppers!
Zone 3: Plains: || Cores fly fast horizontally
Zone 4: Falls || Cores have no gravity

Upgrade your character's speed and projectiles by collecting bubble cores

On first release this is a v0.1.0 free prototype version of the game.

Add additional 4th character

Build 20 special "boss" Levels, one for the end of each difficulty tier in each zone

Gauntlet mode-- How many levels can you beat with only a single life?

Survival Mode-- How long can you survive endless waves of toxic bubbles?

Lock characters behind level requirements

Temporary upgrades to purchase such a shield that allows for an extra hit

Known Bugs

On occasion, fast moving projectiles will cause a bubble to bounce off instead of pop.

Spamming the "Shoot" button as Hunter will cause traps to behave strangely

Pink and Purple bubbles will often initially "slide" on sloped walls in the "falls" zone instead of bouncing.
