Having already played a lot in the Eets game released in 2006, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that another Eets game was released a while ago.
The goal is to guide our little Pokémon Eets up to the cake. Except that you do not directly control Eets, you will have to place several objects in its path and activate others at the right time to succeed. According to what he eats, Eets changes mood, and aptitude (when he is angry, he jumps away. When he's scared, he's turning around at the edge of a platform, etc.).
The first 4 worlds are very easy to complete, some levels will ask you a little more reflection if you want to pick up the 3 optional treats (which serve to unlock objects for the level editor). The levels of the last world are much more based on timing (but no need for Ninja reflexes, it is possible to slow down the game).
Positives: + very nice graphics and sound effects + the available objects are varied + the level editor!
Negative points:-official levels are a little too easy. Only the last world offers interesting puzzles.
-Too bad that there is only one music for all levels in short, if you are not interested in the creation of levels, the game will offer you still between 3 to 5 hours very pleasant.

Eets munchies is a good-looking puzzle game, but that will probably not remain in the memoirs-at least, as far as I'm concerned.
We embody a strange creature whose life boils down to build up. She goes straight ahead without asking questions, ate full boxes with everything that passes: onions, peppers, mushrooms, sweets, lollipops, ice creams.... But, Sesame, it is these immense cakes that await him at the end of each level. In all, about sixty, which end in fact quite quickly, a fortiori if the collection of the three optional sweets present in the levels of the first four worlds do not interest you. Which would be regrettable, because they allow to gradually unlock the content of the fifth and last world, by far more demanding. A short lifespan in so, unless you are considering going so far.
Although simple, the gameplay manages to renew itself often, especially thanks to a variety of consistent options. We have, among other things, food modifying the State of our beloved critter, which will show more or less reckless. According to what it has consumed, it will then jump more or less far, or even not jump at all. We also have various trolleys and cannons, bombs destroying the scenery, nests spilling bees (with a similar effect to chilli, if ingested), possibly pivotable arrows that redirect the projectiles, mushrooms reversing the gravity, flying pigs that vomit when touched (?!), or inclined platforms, some of which are active only if Eets is in a particular State. Whew, it's a world!
With about sixty levels, however, I have the impression that Eets munchies is only touching its potential. Fortunately, it would be without relying on the level editor and a very well provided workshop!
Verdict: 3.5/5-which is good, but not top.
