• Receive opaque instructions from higher authorities and carry out daily tasks

• Maintain basic order, health, and psychological stability of residents

• Coordinate distribution of supplies and enforce spatial restrictions

• Manage public opinion flow and prevent rumor spread

• When necessary, make decisions in the best interest of Eggon as a whole
