Equilinox
About
Equilinox is a relaxing nature simulation game which allows you to create and nurture your own living ecosystems. To create an ecosystem you place plants and animals into the world, each of which has its own life-cycle, behaviour, and requirements so you need to make sure each species has a decent habitat with sufficient resources. Having healthy, happy animals in your world will earn you points, which can be spent on buying more wildlife for your world. You can also use these points to genetically modify your current species and evolve them to unlock more exotic plants and animals. You can think of it like a city-builder game, but instead of cities you're building and managing ecosystems!

Building Cities out of Nowhere is created by everyone, but do you have the know-how to create a functioning Ecosystem? A wonderfully relaxed Sandox Experience.
The Game key was provided free of charge at The request Of GGC curations gaming Experience Gameplay Your Job is to build a functioning Ecosystem. The Map only shows a Map full of Earth and a few Lakes, so you really start at 0. To create Plants and later Also animals, you need Diversity points ("DP"), these are generated only by the Animals in the Ecosystem, but the Number of DP depends on how comfortable the Animal feels. But since there are no Animals at the Beginning, you should stick to the Missions.
The Missions offer you a Guide that is needed in the Beginning and serves as a jumpstart and ends up getting more and more into the background, but above all the missions serve as a Tutorial To Familiarize yourself with the many Game mechanics, so you can plant Modify or even develop further. There's quite a lot of work to be done.
The Game world is a Square And cannot be expanded at this time. But it offers plenty of Space to try a lot. The UI is very clear and after a short Period of inclusion everything can be done intuitively.
80/100 Technical Aspects Graphics Both the Map and any from the Flora and Fauna was created from Polygons. This gives the Game its very own Look, which degrades from the broad Masses and creates an individual Charm.
The Animation of the Movements of the Animals is also something else. They don't "run" but bounce and swing through the Area, giving them a cute Touch. Furthermore, with the changing Lighting Conditions due to the Day and Night cycle, there are breathtaking scenes that make you want more.
85/100 Sound The Background music gently completes the Whole thing and forms an idyllic Picture. In the Course of The Season, the Pieces of Music change almost fluently, but neither stands out the other, so the Transition is noticeable but not disturbing.
The Animal Sounds sound real and, through Birdsong, etc., bring you into Nature.
80/100 Inconvenience Although there is no German Translation yet, as far as I have noticed one is in Progress.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My Opinion My Anticipation was confirmed, which had been built up by Watching the Developer's Videos. Equilinox has a lot of Passion and it has become a very successful Game. It creates a quiet and idyllic atmosphere after the first Few Minutes of play. The Concept of a Sandox simulation of an Ecosystem is also a unique Approach, but it has been thought through down to the smallest Detail.
82/100 I would like to thank you for reading so far and if there are any Questions left or you have other Comments I am available in the Comments.
