Escape of the Clowns

Escape of the Clowns is a combination platformer and puzzler, with more emphasis on the puzzle side.  The platforming is extremely forgiving(to a fault actually).  The theme itself led me to think of creepy quirky clowns, and as these clowns were clown-napped, they aren't too happy either.  Lead each clown to the exit.  Can you save all 10?  Manipulate the crane to stack boxes in your favor, but don't get smashed while you do it.

I made this entry for the GMC Jam #40.  The theme was "ONE BIG PARTY."  What you find here is the post Jam version.  This means it has some things included that were not part of the original jam entry(mostly due to lack of time).

As this was a Jam entry, the game is pretty short, and isn't polished or anything like that.  It is a quick 10 level platformer puzzle, more puzzler than platformer.  It also integrates with the Crimson Festival Jam entry if you choose to play that as well.

This Jam was special in that the participants were able to choose "gangs" to join.  It was basically Red, Green, or Yellow.  The Red team(which I chose) came together and decided to not only support each other during the Jam, but one member(Alice) created a meta-game of sorts, which uses save data from several games to change/add content of the meta-game, based on different things, including how well you did on those other games.  A Crimson Festival mega-pack is theoretically in production, and would include this game if it comes to fruition.
