Evade 2

Evade 2 is an Arduboy game developed by Modus Create as a holiday gift to friends and family in December 2017. This is the unofficial Playdate port.

The original Arduboy version boasted being the first first-person flight sim on the Arduboy with the following (taken from the forum)

• 3 x enemies
• 3 x “Aces” (think bosses)
• 11 total songs
• Space Balls (don’t crash into them!)
• Smooth scalable vector graphics

This version adds the following:

• Upscaled high-res assets to take advantage of the Playdate's amazing screen
• Additional unused assets from the original version: longer songs, additional cockpit graphics
• Persistent high scores and statistics
• Menu toggles for music, sound effects, and inverted controls

The control scheme remains largely the same as the original version.
