Evil Cogs reviews and comments

Evil Cogs-platformer from a small indie studio Wet Fish, which came to us from smartphones, tablets and all different utensils, which has access to the Internet. And It seems to us – makes our life more fun and easier. As I have already written above-the game ported from mobile devices. Represents the classic platformer "Survival stick". Here It is possible to die, but it will not be so often, and no semantic load carries. It is also worth mentioning that the game positions itself as Action Adventure, with the solution of any kind of puzzles based on physics. All this is-but it is so small that you just do not notice. Puzzles here are more suitable for preschool children, the adult they just do not notice and will pass level by level, to the end. The game has two chapters or, to be more precise, 42 level (including "bonus"), which are held on average in 2 minutes. Levels do not say that diverse, but direct repetition is not. A Little about plot: We play for a ray of light that falls into some mysterious world. Moving deep into the levels, you think to find a junction or something to open up, but the miracle will not happen. The game is a very mediocre story, but he is here, probably not even needed. The Game is short, but pretty enough (about it) and just finish it will be quite normal. The Graphics and music in the game are very good indeed. As for the visual style, everything is fine. Black-white tones, give the game some mystery, where you need a depressing atmosphere and really feel the experience for our "Firefly". The PC Version will have improved graphics, the picture will be more saturated, well, and also the game will work in Full HD. The Music in the game is good, of course the stars from the sky is not enough, but the atmosphere creates. Definitely worth mentioning-the game has a voiceover characters that we meet and some higher intelligence on the first level. It is Always very pleasant, when even in such small projects, developers are paying attention to trifles. Control of the game is simple and consists of just a couple of keys, but it is not very convenient, but still quickly get used to problems and do not feel. Pros: + Gameplay + Atmosphere + Music + Visual style + Price Cons:-Plot-Control-The Longituveness That we have in the dry remainder: a Pretty good platformer, with good porting for PC. Beautiful picture, a variety of levels that do not get bored, but still want something more: a variety of gameplay, a great duration, puzzles at the level of adult players, an interesting story. But even these shortcomings (although they can not be called insignificant) did not outweigh the scales in negative feedback. The game Itself is good, it just needs more and more. The Game will leave a good aftertaste with notes of tartiness, after 2-3 hours of play. She does not have time to get bored after the end of the story, but also go back to it is unlikely to want. I hope the developers will learn the experience of this game and future projects they'll have on a solid five. Total: 67/100 Recommended.

Premium price and an infinite amount of microtransactions? No thanks. I rather pay more up front and have a game balanced for fun and not cash vampirism. Hello, thanks for a review! :) Sorry about that. We just want to provide people ability to get coins at any time. Anyway, please check the latest version. We change many things in the game ;) Have a nice gaming :D

I saw the Game as The app of the Day on the Front Page in the Store and it appealed to me about the Style. Have then played the first 7 Levels and have to say I am really disappointed ... You pay €2.29for a Game without Ads, but with in-App Purchases to get gold, which you also get to play through in small Quantities. With this Gold I can then buy Items like Time Slowdown or Acceleration. Does that really have to be? I already pay Money for the Game and end up having to spend up to €17am on Gold if I don't get on? Instead of simply integrating a Time Lock so that you can activate an Item every 30 Seconds or for 5 Minutes, you can try out how much extra Cash still comes out. I find the Gameplay itself even less convincing. One plays a sluggish Flying spirit that flies through a black-gray World and is shredded by huge monstrous figures and errant Machines. At least that's how I imagined it, as everything pretty much reminded me of Limbo and I really liked the Game. The Story here is ... Now perhaps invented by the Son of the Developer: Little Spirit of mysterious light is to fill the dark, terrible World with Light. He does this by flying through linear Worlds and having to fly past gratuitously rotating circular Saws and flying away from evil Creatures. But hey, who it doesn't bother that this Game doesn't have a real Story and can do without the in-app purchases, or simply a Game looking against langeam (although there are also enough free to Play titles) the Wirth Irenen will be quite satisfied, the visually the Game looks nice and In detail. So I forgive 2 out of 5 Stars. Hello, thanks for you review:) You haven't buy coins in game. We provide really enough coins by completing levels and catching seeds of light. We just added the store for people who really want more coins for some reason. Why not? :) And what about boost ("slowmotion" and "speed-up"). We have a delay 3-5 second after any activation event you have zero boosts. Just press on the boost when the counter is equals zero, will see;)
