Controls are pretty confusing:
Up down left right to move, Z to select an item. When you've selected an item, press UP, LEFT, DOWN, and RIGHT in that order to twist the turny thing back into place so the item doesn't fall.
Top number on the right corresponds to the item that is being selected, and below is the current price stuck in the machine.
