Evolution is a submission to the Nokia Game Jam 2, you play as a creature that can evolve on death, provided you found evolution points before you died. Evolve to the ultimate form by collecting 5 evolution points to win the game

Controls:

AD = left and right / Spacebar = attack mode / S = Glide mode / W = jump
