About
Welcome to the Excalibur Wiki. This fan-run encyclopedia preserves the details of an obscure science fantasy television series from the 1970s. Though much of its footage was lost, a group of dedicated fans still have strong memories of the show — as well as unique theories, occasional arguments, and lingering questions.
Originally submitted to the 2021 Spring Thing Festival, Excalibur has been re-released on itch.io; it is now mobile-compatible and contains some new content and updates.
Progress through the history of Excalibur by visiting different pages as you would on an ordinary wiki site. There is more information about how to explore Excalibur, including a walkthrough, on the in-game Help page.
Excalibur was awarded Deepest Rabbit-Hole, Most Memorable, and Most Original Concept via Audience Choice in the Spring Thing Festival of 2021.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Excalibur’s great accomplishment is to conjure up a richly realized alternate world in which to get lost, while raising more than enough interesting reflections for when we return to the real one." — Mike Russo
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Immensely polished. It doesn't really get better than this. [...] More detailed than some real wikis I've tried to use to look up shows before. [...] Left me quite thoughtful at the end." — Brian Rushton
