Excessively Buff

Leveling up is great, isn't it?  You gain more power, move faster, sometimes there are unique auras... ah, that sounds like bliss.

But now you've noticed every upgrade augments your core controls.  Sure plenty of them simply increase your speed, but my god this is just too fast!  And now my weapon refuses to aim properly?  What is going on there are so many things to attack but I can't control myself aaaaahhhh!
