Created for Mini Jam 128: Health in March 2023 with a limitation of "The only way to go is up".

The president has eaten some bad sushi, so it is up to you to enter your nanoship and try and eliminate all the fungus among us while working your way up the presidential intestine!

Whew, what a jam! Despite a large number of technical hurdles in our way at every turn, we are very proud of the game we ended up with. Also, we started work late so we were a day behind on both development and submission. As usual, we would have liked to have had more time for stage design and game balance, as well as more player powerups.
